The business of PioneerSoft Holdings Limited ("PioneerSoft") is focusing on the development and provisioning of online games to the large population in Mainland China, Hong Kong and other Asian countries.

One of PioneerSoft's subsidiary company, Xiamen PioneerSoft, has been established in 1994. Xiamen PioneerSoft has been focusing on the development of online games since 1994 for the large population in Mainland China, and therefore has accumulated over ten years experience in developing different types of games including action games, adventure games, sports games, strategy games, chess games, role playing games, etc. "3K Online" is one of our recently announced self-developed online games, which is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG).

Another subsidiary of PioneerSoft, PioneerSoft Hong Kong, is responsible for the marketing of the online games to Hong Kong and other Asian countries.

In January 2005, PioneerSoft has been merged into NeteLusion Limited, a company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. Being a member company of NeteLusion, PioneerSoft has gained access to a vast pool of talents in business development and product marketing, convenience to expand into other Asian markets, ability to grow through mergers and acquisitions, and strong financial resources in exploring new ways to generate additional revenue streams, such as advertising, merchandising, sale of game related goods, and licensing of titles to traditional media.
